Solving public health inequities across Canada

We are a national implementation science group.

Our work tackles high rates of HIV, syphilis, and other sexually transmitted and blood-borne infections (STBBIs) in Canada through bold public health action and community-driven research.

Our mission:

Ensure equitable access to testing, care, and treatment for everyone — delivered in ways that meet them where they are.

Our Programs

Our work spans multiple innovative programs.

From bringing new STBBI tests to market and leading a national HIV self-testing initiative using technology and community-led interventions, to deploying smart vending machines that provide free health and wellness supplies, and running a stigma-reduction campaign sharing the real stories of people living with HIV, we are driving meaningful change. Our work focuses on breaking down structural barriers and ensuring everyone has what they need to care for their health and wellbeing.
